Contact customer w only transaction

A customer at a craft fair ordered and paid for a piece and took my card before Cmas. I still haven’t heard from them. There is no contact info other than the transaction. Is there some way to find them from this or should I just issue a refund?

Would you mind sharing the transaction details from this particular purchase? We could attempt to escalate this to our Support team so they investigate if its possible to contact this customer with your message. This is not guaranteed but we could try if you'd like.

The only identifying info is the price and "Receipt #Xddq".
