Contact customer w only transaction

A customer at a craft fair ordered and paid for a piece and took my card before Cmas. I still haven’t heard from them. There is no contact info other than the transaction. Is there some way to find them from this or should I just issue a refund?

The only identifying info is the price and "Receipt #Xddq".
