Identity Verification failed

Help, for some reason the verification of my identify has failed multiple times. How do I contact someone to look into this.  Is there an email address?

I recently signed up with square and attempted to verify my identity but it kept failing. I tried entering my passport details, drivers license and also medicare care but all of them came back as not valid, I triple checked to make sure the information was correct so I have no idea why Square isn’t accepting it. Now because I’ve tried too many times and failed I can’t try to verify my account anymore.

 

Is there any way to solve this?
