Confused and Scared Pending Deactivation email

We received an email and notification today that we're "Pending Deactivation" for violating Section 3 of the general and payment terms. We have been with Square for more than 5 years and have reviewed these terms constantly. The dashboard notification has disappeared now. We have not broken any single term. This must be a mistake. This is scary and devastating because my entire financial life depends on Square. The only possible cause could be a blog post we made educating visitors on the dangers and legalities of mushrooms. (as an educational piece) This blog must have been the cause and has since been removed from our site. What can I do? We just got approved for a Square loan the day before. How could this happen?

I am sorry you are going through this, but here in this forum we are just other business owners mostly and can not see in you account for exact details.  So I would suggest calling Square Support at the number in my signature line below and maybe they can clear this up for you.

Did you find any info on this? They have just sent me the same deactivation email. Furious.
