Better, more granular team permissions for security and data protection

It would be great to have more granular permissions for team members. As a business that has been using Square since around 2013, we think the current model is not sustainable.

As our business grows, our jobs are more specialised, and therefore require specific permissions that do not give access to other features.

Below are a few example

Articles and inventory

- If you want someone to be able to print barcodes, they need to have permission to edit the *entire* catalogue, including selling price. This is unacceptable! I just want my junior members to be able to print barcodes.

- If you want the person in charge of receiving merchandise deliveries to be able to add it to the inventory, they need to have permission to edit the *entire* catalogue, including selling price. This is unacceptable! I just want my junior members to be able to add the inventory we received so that our website doesn't show things as unavailable.

This is particularly important for security. Imagine if a disgruntled employee only meant to be able to print barcodes can now delete and mess up with our catalogue. That's an unacceptable and unecessary risk.

I could go on an on... 

Square, please make permissions more granular!
