Balance quiery

I am new to Square, a customer has paid me via a link I set up. It was showing in my balance, I am waiting for the ID verification but since doing the verification my balance now shows as Zero but I have no transfers in my list to show it has been processed as being sent to my linked bank account.

Welcome to the Community! 

 

A couple things can affect your transfers. Since you're new to Square and you're waiting for the identity verification, it can take a bit longer than normal. You should received a notification whenever the transfer is completed. 

There are several transfer options and settings you can adjust to better fit your business needs. Check out this Support Article with more details. 

Another thing to be mindful if your Close of Day time for you business. Depending on this time and your settings, it can determine when your transfers will hit your bank account.
