Any plans on hiring more customer support staff.

I'm having problems with payroll and paying with the cash app option. I can only transfer $2000 a day but my payroll is $4000. First time I call in, I'm told I would be called back at 9am when the payroll customer service opens. No call back by 11am so I call and I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the line clicks and I get dial tone. I go online and square has a note on the transfer screen saying my is on review now and it takes up to 24 hours. My last option is the live message option. I used that optoin but they said I'm now looked out and I can only contact by email. I'm told I will get an emal as soon as possible but 2 hours later nothing.  Square please test your products before releasing and stop being so cheap and hire some people.
