Adding my SIN

I skipped over adding my SIN when creating my account. My account wasn’t approved to process cards, but the support page says that I can re-enter my info and try again. When I try to do this, it doesn’t give me a chance to add my SIN, so it just denies me again.

 

Looks like another person had the same problem in 2022, but nobody replied to them. Any suggestions? Thank you!
