Automatic balance transfer

I have my transfer setting set to automatic but for some reason it has only transfer a partial payment to my bank account it has not transfered the full amount can someone explain why this has happened

To confirm - do the payments end up in your bank account the following day? 

When it comes to the automatic transfer of your funds, there can be partial payments. When you set your "Close of Day" time for each day, if a payment is taken after that specific time - it will come the following day. By default, your close of day is 00:00 GMT.

I would recommend checking your settings for Close of Day and make any adjustments to the time that would better suit your business.
