I am a new seller.
on 4-17-23 square asked for more info on my business. I gave it to them. They said they didn’t need anymore from me. I send contracts to customers, then payment invoices and both of my last 2transactions have been held. Customer service handled the $350.00 in two hours Thursday. Today I get a $1800.00 buck deposit and they hold it again after telling me Thursday it would not happen again. Someone please help this feels like PayPal and I can operate like this it’s got me scared to charge customers on square.
