Then I got the message:

Your account has been deactivated

The chargeback for your Custom Domain subscription was not resolved and your Weebly account has been deactivated.

To reactivate your account, please contact Customer Support or your Account Manager.

When I try to reactivate the account or update the password nothing works.

Can you please reactivate the account so that I can fix the website?

Hello SoCalTTC,

 

The Community members do understand frustration however, you need to resolve this issue with Customer Support.  Unfortunately, issues of this nature cannot be fixed here - the Community is pretty good at answering and/or assisting with Square business concerns but, the folks here cannot resolve account issues.
