Accepted a payment on square was approved but hasn't hit my balance why isthis
@Have you looked at the transaction where you did the payment? like you are going to send a receipt? If you can't find it under transactions, I would pull up the customer in your customer directory and see if it shows his/her history. If you don't find it there, check your e-mail for an e-mail from square as it could be some other issue account related. This is especially true if you have a brand new account and trying to run a card not present transaction.
