Why is google pay not charging the value of an item ( For this example my item costs $8) but only the square fee ? Let's take a look of a weird phenomenon, after selecting an item and I click on the "Buy With G Pay" outside the "Add to Cart" box ( i don't click "add to cart") button they charge me $1. The billing details doesn't charge the item value at that point. When we click " Add to Cart" inside which G pay is also displayed by the way ,it is only then that the value of the item is charged. Is this a bug??
There are two options for G pay, you either click the G pay outside "Add to Cart" (the G pay that doesn't work correctly) or you can try the G pay inside of "Add to Cart" ( the G pay that works).
Is there a way to take off that G pay out of my website because it is disturbing me? I mean why is the first button displayed outside of add to cart if it doesn't work?
First one is this button (doesn't work properly)
Second one is this button inside "add to cart" which works
@Tovo This certainly looks like a bug. If you haven't already please call Weebly Support (844-493-3259) so they can investigate this and help you to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, you can remove Google Pay: Go to the Product Details page, click Store > Setup > Checkout > Advanced > then toggle OFF Native pay on checkout from item page. (Note: This will remove the GPay option from the item page, but it will still available in the slideout if someone wants to use it.)
For more if you click button 1 which is outside add to cart this is the result:
When you press the button 2 which is inside add to cart this is what you see :
I mean is there a way to get rid of that outside G pay button?
Because it doesn't work
