Uploading Square invoice transactions into Quickbooks

At this precise moment I am SO frustrated with Square. Transactions that I enter as an invoice do not automatically migrate to Accounts Receivable in Quickbooks. Why? How can this be accomplished?

Sorry for the frustration. Have you already integrated Square with Quickbooks? If so, this may be something you have to reach out to Quickbooks about.

Yes, I have integrated Square with Quickbooks. Of course that is when I also discovered that customer names do not migrate from Square to Quickbooks. There are clearly things that Square and QB need to work out together to make it easier for small businesses to use you both.

Thanks for that feedback. QB does manage this integration - what information it receives and how it is set up, so that is a great Feature Request for their product team.

My business was integrated with QB for years and although I found a lot of work arounds, there is definitely room for improvement.
