Blue tooth push notifications

This error reading shows up at least a dozen times a day and it’s really frustrating. Please advise. 

It’s a 6S plus iPhone which I Purchased an Apple store several years ago. Brand new at that time.

This is really odd. Do you have our Contactless + Chip reader and maybe it's trying to connect? I do know that requires bluetooth to be on so that could be popping up if you do use one and haven't forgotten it when you're not using it.
