Why an I not getting my clearpay money immediately

Hi, Can I have advice please, I am set up in Square for Clearpay In-person payments. I can see the transactions going into my Square, but my balance is Zero. Do I need a Clearpay account, and then the money comes from there into my bank?

Hello @W-DJ

 

If you are eligible to accept Clearpay and have enabled it, your customers can pay for their purchases in four interest-free installments.

You get paid in full – immediately.

 

You do not need an additional account, as the funds processed will go into your Square balance and can then be transferred to your bank account. 

 

If transactions have been processed successfully and your balance hasn't been updated, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team, as here in the Community, we have no access to your account details.
