My Star Kitchen Ethernet printer keeps losing its IP address. I’ve tried creating a static ip address and it keeps happening. I don’t know what else to do. We have big events coming up and I can’t have the printer disconnecting multiple times a day and having to go on and get a new IP address.

It would be helpful to know the model of printer you are using, and what device you are using to take orders that will print in your kitchen.
Connecting to a printer using a static IP Address is currently only available for iOS devices.
I would recommend reaching out to our direct support team as well since they have visibility of your account details and can help you troubleshoot.
