If you don't see any sales in your activity there is the chance that your employee is signed into a different account. We recomend following up with your employee to see what email address or device code they're using to login.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
My employee is using a phone I set up for them. They most definitely are not logged into the wrong company.
It's very easy for an employee to sign out of your account and into their own in like 15 seconds. So that should be checked.
The App will deposit in whatever account is signed in. Make sure no one has changed anything.
