I have been using the Square dashboard for a few years now and I have never had an issue until this past week. Whenever I click on REPORTS it will take me to the reports section of the dashboard but then none of the other links work, such as "sales trends", "payment methods", "item sales", "labor vs sales" none of the links work on this page. I have updated my Firefox browser and I have used my samsung browser but the same thing occurs no matter if they are updated or not. Neither browser will work correctly, but both browsers worked just two weeks ago flawlessly..
Are you having problems with your computer's Dashboard, or the app? Whichever isn't working, have you tried the other version to rule out the device as the problem?
It's probably not your browser, but I would suggest you try using Firefox just to be sure. I've been using Firefox since I joined Square and have never had any problem with it at all.
Other considerations: is your Square software the most up-to-date and have you shut down the device and started it back up? I know these are basic troubleshooting steps, but sometimes we forget some of them (I do anyway.)
I'm sure there are things to do that I'm forgetting to mention, but these are good things to start with.

Thank you for your reply. Come to think of it, it has been a while since I've restarted that particular tablet. I will try that. These problems seem to have come about since they did a recent update on sales reports. It's only on that tablet, everything seems to work perfectly on my phone, Ipad and on my Windows computer.

Restarted my tablet and I am still having the same issues. This tablet is a Galaxy Tab S3 with latest Firefox updates.

@Roq1166 Helen here from the Community team. Before you call - have you tried clearing your browser history from the Firefox app? Do you have another browser app, like Chrome, that you can try to access the Dashboard so you can see if it might be Firefox specifically, or possibly an issue with your tablet.
