Lenovo and card strip reader

When I first set up my Lenovo Tab 10 with Square in March, I could swipe cards with ease but two weeks ago it stopped completely. Chip reader still works fine. I actually have two strip readers and neither works....the tablet recognizes when they are attached or removed so the connection is there. I don't know where to go next

Hey @AnnatArtifacts - It looks like Lenovo devices are not listed on our Device Compatibility page. You may find that some unlisted devices work for a time, but if they have not been tested by our engineers, we are unable to guarantee its continued compatibility with all of our products.
