Printer and cash drawer not communicating

 My printer is printing fine I am using an iPad mini system but it is not communicating with my cash drawer nor is my iPad recognizing a cash drawer

@Lperdue421 Can you provide a bit more information about the hardware you're using? Specifically what cash drawer are you using? Is it a new cash drawer? With a bit more information we can help troubleshoot!
