Support was unable to resolve this. I think this is a bug from something that changed recently. I am just trying to figure out a way to get it back up and running. Orders were flowing fine on 3/19/2025 and are now showing as "Item No Longer Available".
I think it may have to do with location names and/or nicknames because I see some notifications and the support told me I may want to change the site name because sync issues, but nothing I have tried is fixing this.
I tried to create a new item and it will not appear on the edit website to be included.
After hours of trial and error, I was able to get my orders to go through again. The odd fix was to set a few of my modifiers to "not required". I know have 13 modifiers set up, basically to collect the extra data I need about the person's order. 3 modifiers are set to "not required" and 10 are "required". If they are all set to required the payment will fail. Very buggy behavior in my opinion probably due to a recent update from Square.
I was able to get an order to go through BUT only if I reduce the item to have only 1 modifier. I had about 10 modifiers on an item to collect extra details. That is no longer working. This won't work for me as I need the added details.
The following changes allowed the items to sync to the website. It is not ideal because it is not really aligned to what I am selling as I do not have pick up, but at least it got things moving.
1. Set up the item to be type=physical and fulfillment method=pick up
2. In Account and Settings, set the Online pickup & delivery to pickup toggled on

I'm glad you were able to get this resolved, although it was on your own. Our apologies for missing this thread! It definitely could have been a bug that has been addressed with a recent update.
