same thing happening with me....ugh! I sent an email to square and awaiting response.

Sorry for the trouble here! Let's go through the basic troubleshooting, as there are several variables at play that could cause the continuous load screen:
- Confirm you're connected to the internet. Sometimes your device will look as if it's connected (full wifi bars), but apps/ websites won't load. To double-check, I recommend opening up your device's browser and try to load google.com or facebook.com to verify your connection.
- Make sure your device is up to date, and that the Square app is up to date. Out of date apps can, unfortunately, cause trouble
- If you're able to tap the icon at the top with the 3 lines, please do so, and log out/ back in again.
- Force quit the app, and try to re-open the app
- Turn your device off/ on, and try to re-open the app
- Delete and reinstall the application. See Apple's support site and Google's support site for instructions on how to do this.
**Note: if you have taken any offline payments in the last 72 hours, and have not been able to get the app to connect to the internet since taking them, DO NOT DELETE THE APP. Deleting the app with offline payments pending results in lost payments that we cannot get back.
Hopefully those steps help to get you moving. If none of them work, or if you've been using offline mode, comment back and let me know, and I'll escalate to Support for further investigation.

Square app on Ipad on square stand stuck with circling authorizing screen.
It happens periodically, After minimizing and maximizing square app, paymnet failed.
Anyone has seen this issue ?

Those steps typically get sellers back up and running. But please let us know if that's not the case for you!

Those steps I do all the time. The problem is intermitant. It happend three times today. Very frustrating.

Hey @squareuser28! Sorry it's being so slow for you.
I'd recommend making sure the iPad itself is updated and the app. Also, is the iPad a newer or older model?

I am also getting this issue in both my browsers. Have cleared cache etc. Need to update my opening hours on my online shop. Can get into the online shop part to make changes to stock and the website pages, but can't get into the dashboard to change opening hours etc. This has been happening to me for over a month.

Hmm, this shouldn't be happening. Especially for a month. Does your computer's operating system need updating? What about your browsers? @Meday

I have 3 devices - all up to date - all 3 only load to 70% then get stuck. This is since yesterday. On one device I deleted the app and restarted it and still gets to 70% and nothing. This is my cash register in my brick & mortar shop. It was fine on that device yesterday. When I shut it down at the end of the day I saw Square was updating. Then this morning that device is also stuck at 70% loading.

I am sorry you are having issues with your application and I certainly would like to help in any way I can.
Do you have a screenshot of the stuck loading screen? What are the other devices this is happening on besides the register? Are they iPads, or phones, what brands and models?
