I would like to ask about an SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) behavior observed during testing. Test scenario: Card type: Visa Issuing bank: VPBank Country: Vietnam Environment: Production Steps: Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV correctly. Tap Save and the SCA dialog appears successfully. Select SMS OTP as the authentication method. Receive the OTP via SMS. Only when emoji characters are entered into the OTP input field and Submit is tapped, the payment is processed successfully. If an incorrect OTP is entered, or if other non-emoji characters are entered, the authentication fails as expected. Observed result: Entering emoji → payment succeeds and the card is charged. Entering an incorrect OTP or other invalid characters → payment fails normally. Based on Square’s documentation, my understanding is that Square does not validate the OTP value itself and instead relies on the final authentication result returned by the issuing bank. Could you please clarify: In the emoji input case, does this mean the issuing bank still returns a successful authentication result? Does Square perform any validation on the OTP input format, or is all OTP validation entirely handled by the issuer? Is this behavior considered expected from Square’s perspective? Hi, I'd like to know how can I rearrange the order of the items listed under a certain category on my POS. I went on the website and I noticed this: "Manage how items are displayed to customers on your online sites. Items in Point of Sale are organized alphabetically".
