I can see that this is something that other Sellers have been advocating for in the past. And while it's not yet been implemented, it is on the radar of our product development team.
You might want to follow up on this thread where our product team requested further insights into individual use-cases. It may also be worth taking a look at some of the shift scheduling integrations we support on the Square App Marketplace.
This is something ALL of my staff have voiced they want to be able to do. We switched over from 7 Shifts to Square Teams, and it's been a major major pain point for staff to not be able to open the app, and check what shifts are up for grabs. As you can imagine, it's been an even BIGGER pain point for Managers, who have very very limited ability to check and see what shifts people have 'offered up' or 'requested coverage' for. I have to open my app and scroll through every day and every person's shift. It's extremely tedious and not user friendly. Considering switching back to 7 Shifts for this alone to be honest.
