Printing and Creating a Monthly Shift Schedule

I am using Sling to create monthly schedules that I then I have to transfer to square. How can I create a single page monthly calendar to help me track all days off and see how many hours the team is working? I also need to track who works on which Saturdays.

How can I see a month at a glance instead of having to print and publish each week separately?

Hi @thebrainlair. At this point you can’t do this via Square Shifts. My suggestion would be to sign up for the Homebase App which connects to Square and transfers schedules back and forth and provides this capability and much more. The free tier should have all the capability you need, I would think.

Hi Jerry, for our organisation I would like to see the month view with the option to show my shifts, show open/request swap shifts. We publish our rota for the month.

or just a list of all open shifts would work too,

I need a monthly rota available to print out to allow staff to plan ahead. Paying for the feature to be able to plan ahead on the app, but not being able to print them as one is a bit silly!

Hey Jerry,

We try to schedule Quarterly and it is a pain to work through it week to week. Monthly would at least make it easier and cut down on time spent on input… Can you tell me if there is option in the works?
