I’ve been trying to cancel payroll since I just went on it to see how it worked to see if it was something I would be interested in using for myself I didn’t do anything and I’m getting charged money out of my account that overdrafted my account and did not expect that I would expect it if I was going to drop payroll but I did not I need help getting this fixed because I’m financially strapped I’ve got pneumonia
Hey there @Shearmagnoloias. It sounds like you might have signed up for a free trial that was not cancelled. So… From your online dashboard, go to Account & Settings > Pricing & Subscriptions. There you will see a list of active Square subscriptions for your account. Click “Manage” by Square Payroll. Scroll to the bottom for options.
Please note — if you think there will ever be a chance that you will want payroll on this Square account in the future, then choose “Pause Payroll Account.” If you choose “Close Payroll Account” then you will NEVER be able to use Square Payroll on this Square account again in the future.
