New to Square Scheduling

Hello Everyone! I am new to square and trying to figure out how to set it all up. Does anyone know if there are specific videos for all of this? Or can I set up a call with customer support to assist with the process.

Since you posted here in this forum, I am assuming you are referring to Square Staff Scheduling (Shifts) and not Square Appointments. 

We are using Square Shifts for my staff of 70 team members and it is pretty straightforward.   We taught ourselves through trial and error, but if you get on Youtube and search "Square shifts software", you'll find multiple how to videos, such as this one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bGp5EC_l0A

After using Shifts for about 6 months, we decided to use Square Payroll as well, and have been very happy with that. It has eliminated the need for time card entry since it's fully integrated with Shifts.
