Hi @Khairos. Before I give you some guidance here, I need to ask a few questions:
- Are you using Square Shifts to schedule your employees?
- Are You using Square Payroll?
- Are all of your employees direct-tipped — ie - they get the tips they key in during a shift, and do not participate in any tip pools?
- Do you have cash tips that you need to track in Square, also, not just card tips?
