I would like to know how I can call and get a live person to talk to in the United States, we do not like having our calls become international. We want better customer service then just using a chat service or having our company's, clients or our staffs information viewed by non US representatives. Why, because other countries are not bound by United States law. If a representative steals PII in another country there is no recourse, the representative gets away with PII theft.
Representatives in other countries are known to exfiltrate PII data, writing it down, memorizing or taking pictures with phones. This is a major concern for our company.
