Hi @RubyR - are you still experiencing any issues? If so, in order to better assist you, are passcodes not functioning at all or is the clock-in not occurring once the passcode is entered?
employee enters passcode and it won't allow them to proceed. However one team member used the app and it works on app but not on terminal.
Hi @RubyR - when you are referring to "the app", which app is that? Is it the POS app on an iPad, as an example?

The option for clocking in is missing on our Square POS app on all our Square stands. It started two days ago

Clocking in disappeared for us too! I have to manually create timecards now. Please fix! We are on v6.59.1w. I’m assuming that’s the latest. Did something break???
