I worked with Square multiple times at the beginning of the year to fix an employee's ss#, Now I find out it's wrong again. Have sent several emails to Square but they obviously are not reading them - their replys are completely unhelpful. They told me to reactivate an inactive account - not sure how that's going to resolve the fact that taxes have been filed to the wrong ss# for the entire year....frustrated!
