Can employees clock in and out from one place?

Hi, I would like to set up clocking in an out so that I can have a tablet that's signed into our payroll account and employees will enter their passcode to clock in and out. I understand they can do it in their own account but we want one central place they can clock in and out at our office without having to sign in to their account with their username/password. Is this possible?

I suppose you could install the square tablet software and activate the pos clock in/out functionality & set up a geofence so they can only clock in from that location - it wouldnt prevent logging in from their phone but would allow them to use said central tablet.

Most of my staff use the team app and the square register for their time cards

Our Square Shifts feature offers sellers a variety of tools for scheduling, time tracking, and staff management. There is a Time Clock function where employees can log in from a central register, or from the Square Team App with their own personal passcode. This might be a helpful option for you.
