Bulk print orders

Bulk print orders

It makes zero sense that Square doesn't allow users to bulk print orders and/or filter a set of orders by some basic criteria and then print that entire filtered set or save it as a PDF file. This would and should be an absolutely simple feature to implement and one that literally hundreds of users have been asking for at least three years because it would save us so much time, make us so much more productive, and make your service much more appealing to use. Please make this happen ASAP.

Desperate to print 75 orders but not one at a time....

Hi there @kombiruth,

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. I also noticed it's your first time posting to the Seller Community - welcome! 👋

I agree that having the ability to perform a bulk print and/or bulk print packing slip action for Orders would certainly help businesses save time when managing orders received. I've flagged your feedback with our Product Team and we'll continue to track the feedback we receive for this feature request in this thread.

Should further updates come to hand, we'll be sure to share them with you here. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions.

Another question: Struggling with images in the phone app. and not syncing online, most do but some just don't.

Checked the help section but no problems that I can see.

Ideas?

Thanks for letting us know, @kombiruth!

Are you adding a primary item image via the app and finding this is taking a while to sync online? What app are you currently using (E.g. Square Point of Sale)?

Would you happen to know whether the product image size is under 25 MB?

I'll keep a lookout for your reply here.

Hey @kombiruth, I built a tool to print all my Square orders at once. Hope this helps!

1. Go to your orders page on Square.com

2. Export the orders

3. Go to CafeKit.io/bulk-print-square-orders
4. Select the file with your exported orders

5. Click "Print"

6. Done! You can now print all your orders at once.
