Square Terminal Not Seeing WiFi Printer
I have a Square Terminal and an iPad both logged into the same square account and WiFi.
I am able to print from the iPad to the fixed IP Wi-Fi printer, but not able to print from the Square Terminal
I have a printer profile set up that appears on both the iPad and Square Terminal. On the Square Terminal it is displayed as disabled.
I am able to ping the printer from other devices on the network.

Restart both devices: Power cycle the Square Terminal and the printer to refresh their connections.

Check printer settings on the Terminal: Since the printer profile is showing as disabled, try re-enabling it or deleting and re-adding the printer profile on the Terminal.

Verify network settings: Even though both devices are on the same Wi-Fi, ensure the Terminal has stable connectivity and that no firewall or network isolation settings on your router are preventing the Terminal from accessing the printer.

Firmware and software updates: Make sure the Square Terminal is running the latest software version.

Test printer connection: From the Terminal, if there’s a way to test or ping the printer directly, confirm the connection works.
