We have started using Square Subscriptions to manage our membership. It would be helpful to receive an alert when a customer cancels a subscription. Thank you!
Hi @CoastsideChamb. I double checked to be sure, and it looks like you are going to submit a feature request for this. To do that, go here, select the Square Subscriptions board, and tell them what you need there. It will be reviewed and you will receive a notification with the decision.
👋I'm Felipe, an engineer on the Subscriptions team. I was checking, and it seems we send emails when customers cancel their subscriptions via the buyer-management portal. Could you share more about your use case and how the customer canceled those subscriptions?
@feliper I had set up a subscription for a customer. They got the email that the subscription was created and that they would be invoiced on the 1st of the month. They clicked the button at the bottom of the subscription email and canceled their subscription. I did not receive any notification that the subscription had been canceled. I would like an email informing me that my customer canceled the subscription. Otherwise, I don't know to stop providing them services. Thank you!!
