PTO and sick leave approved via Square Teams app

I think there are so many automated features that you could implement through square teams that could easily be tracked through the app so we do not have to manually track it. PTO for example- the employee submits and we approve then it pulls through to that pay period. 

As of now - they can request time off and write what it is for (PTO, sick leave, etc.) but they can't actually designate it so it doesn't pull through to payroll. I have to have separate excel tracking sheets for all my staff whenever they take PTO and then I have to check their spreadsheets every time I run payroll to manually enter their PTO hours. Mileage and expense reimbursement should be another one!

We could really use this as well, it's a pretty basic feature for payroll Paid Time Off

My first job in 2001 had this as a feature. You request time off. Select PTO. Tell it how many hours you'd like to use, and that's that. Why in 2023 is a company the size of square not able to do this? Is it because you can't monetize it?

This feature would be so useful. It would be nice if the employer could put the employee on sick leave or PTO. If it's the middle of a pay period we have to write down they took PTO and remember it.
