Marking orders complete without notifying cusotmers

Hi, is there any way to mark orders as completed without also notifying customers? I have a long backlog that I'd like to clear but I don't want to unnecessarily send notifications and bother my customers who've been completed for months. Thanks so much!

Hi, I'd also like the feature to mark orders as completed without notifying customers! 

This use to be an option.  Square removed the option from us.  Marking orders shipped, completed, etc. should not automatically notify the customer.  I as the business should have the option to uncheck a box opting to not notify the customer.  All of our businesses are unique and Sqare really needs to give us all the ability to run our businesses the way that works best for us.  PLEASE BRING THE OPTION BACK.11ddc7e5-952d-4de9-b75e-e98be853fc09.default.png

Hi @jehedges - there is now a setting on this page: https://www.square.online/app/square-sync/deeplink/weebly/store-emails called "Email customer when their order is ready or shipped". You can toggle this setting off if you do not want to send emails to customers when orders are marked as ready or shipped.
