Customers have noticed that there is no option for USPS Ground Advantage. They are only able to select Priority. When is this going to be fixed?
Hi @PysankyUSA - I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your Square Online Store has brought you to the Seller Community.
I reached out to the Square Online Support Team and they let me know that their team is aware of the new shipping rate. We currently have a team working on making that available to Sellers but we don't have an estimated time frame of when we can expect that at this time though.

When should we be able to offer Ground Advantage to our customers?
Hi @SimpleReflectio - Ground Advantage is already available at this time, but I see it's not enabled on your account. To do so, go to your shipping settings page here: https://www.square.online/app/square-sync/deeplink/weebly/shipping
In the Shipping Profiles section, click edit next to the real-time rates. On the rates page, scroll down to the the USPS real-time rate, click to open it, and check the box that says Ground Advantage.
