Problem with Facebook Shops

I do SEO optimization for a client with 99designs for a square online store.
He also wants to enable facebook and instagram sales.
There is a problem connecting to the facebook page. Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks for sending your screenshots over. This thread where other Sellers ask a similar question may be able to help. I would also double-check with Facebook in addition to reaching out to our Customer Success Team for more troubleshooting steps. Through this platform, It can get challenging to troubleshoot accounts.
