Pop-up Checkbox with Custom Text Before Checkout

Hello, 

It would be nice to have a checkbox option for terms and condition at checkout. Basically before someone can submit an order they have to agree to our terms and conditions.

I like this idea. For me, it would be a check box to say that they've read and agree with the item description, which has important information about the item they don't read or see.
