We should be able to do this in advance and not have to remember to turn off/on at the right times. I'm on holiday - I don't want to have to do this.

Dashboard -> Settings -> Account & Settings -> Fulfillment Methods -> Online Pickup & Delivery
Edit your location, then on both the pickup and delivery screens scroll down to the Restricted Dates section. Enter the days you will not be accepting orders here.
