I am having an issue with Square emails to customers. For some reason when I mark an item as "Shipped," Square is sending a notification to the customer, which it has always done. But now there is a button in the message to "View Order Details." When the customer clicks on that, they get a message saying that the order has been delivered. But it has not, it has only been marked as shipped.
I don't use Square for shipping, so why is Square sending this false information?
