When clicking on the “add to cart” icon in iOS, a message comes up that says “you have nothing in your cart”, and items will not add. This happens in every browser I’ve tested. Customers cannot add items to their cart I’d they are using iOS.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page along with a screenshot of what you are experiencing? Thank you!

I used Weebly, and I get to my website for editing through the Square dashboard. My website is www.NJKnits.com. Here is a screenshot of what happens when a customer tried to add an item to their cart if they are using iOS:
* I have tried twice to add the screenshot. It is there as I am writing the post, but disappears when I click the “post” button. I’m not sure how to get the screenshot to you.

Thank you for that information. When mentioning you've tested this issue on multiple browsers, can you let me know the specific programs used? We are aware of an issue affecting iOS user on Safari, but not on any others.

I tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. None worked. BUT, after not working for literally MONTHS, it is all of a sudden working today (haven’t tried Safari yet). I have no idea why - I made no changes, changed no settings. Bizarre.
