Lost content - How can I restore my work?

I've just spent 4 hours building content on my website, but it wouldn't publish. Now there is no sign of any of the work I have done except for the images I used - they are still available in the downloaded images option. I have tried everything and all I get it old content. 

Has this happened to anyone else? How can I restore my content?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you may have lost info you spent a long time working on. That sounds really frustrating!

While we're not able to look into your account, it may not be lost - publishing the website isn't a way of saving the website, this should happen automatically when you edit sections then hit "Done". Are you able to log back into the Square Online dashboard and go to Website > Edit Site to see if things are still there? The use the Page dropdown box at the top of the web edit dashboard to go through other pages you've set up.
