SMS Templates

Often times we have to send customers the same verbiage over and over again. I wish square had a template feature that had some text already in the system. Just click whitch templete and it will be added to the text field. Then we can easily change the context in the message if needed. Right now I have to have a word document open and copy and paste the text I want to use.

Adding SMS templates is not currently planned.

At this time, other sellers can add their voice to this request, so our product team can consider it in the future.

Agree with the above- can there be a way that SMS or Emails can be customized if necessary?
