Loyalty Terms and Conditions

I use the loyalty program, but no where on the screen or in the dashboard can I add terms, other than how the points are structured.  I have a dollar minimum for the point, but I'd like to add only one transaction per day.  I have some people that try to cheat the system.  Thank you!
