Invoices for Restaurant Catering

We currently use invoices for the catering aspect of our restaurant business. Customers submit their catering requests through a contact form on our website, we then send them an itemized invoice which they then can pay and finalize their order. We then have to manually screenshot or type out the itemized order for our kitchen staff. It would be ideal for us to be able to send catering orders the same way online orders come into the kitchen through KDS/Printer. We have 3 locations and growing, manually submitting orders isn't scalable and becomes error prone.
