Why can we not edit the price of an item that already exists in the system. Your other services offer this but not the invoices. It's very important that prices can be adjusted on existing items. Thank you!
You can edit item prices. You have to go into items, find the item, update the price and save. If it's already included in an invoice then you will have to remove and readd which is annoying.
@alexandriak When adding an item that already has an established price in the system, you cannot edit the price at all on an invoice currently. Our employees do not have access to log into our main system to change prices and that would be a horrible practice anyway. Then every time you do it, you have to remember to go change it back. That's if you have admin privileges.
