When the reader is enabled for "tap to pay," but the customer takes like half a second too long to do it, it beeps at them. Uncool. And I've had people browsing at the checkout for little add-on items, it beeps, and they're like "ah--must rush--nevermind." I really feel like we lose out on sales because the thing beeps at them. There seems to be no way to turn it off. I have "payment sounds" toggled to "off" but that doesn't affect this.
