Appointments integration with zoom

I too would love this! Come on Square get with the times. So many other platforms have integrated with Zoom to make scheduling so much easier. I know this has been a concern for Square users since before 2020. What's taking so long for this to happen?

Is there ever going to be a way to connect zoom and trigger a meeting link when an appointment is made in square?

I second this question. This is major feature that would entice me to start using Square Appointments again. Acuity offers this feature and it has saved me so much time.

I would like to see a Zoom Integration with Square appointments.

When a client books an appointment via Square appointments it will automatically trigger a meeting creation with Zoom and ultimately an automatic email to be sent to client with the Zoom Link with the appointment information.

Hello!  It would be so wonderful to know if there is any progress on creating a GOOGLE meet AND Zoom integration for those of us who do Virtual appointments.  Any updates?

Hi There.  I am a virtual business, and I want to use Square Appointments ... but I would need to have a zoom link attached like Calendly and Acuity allow - No point in paying for BOTH Square Appointment AND Calendly or Acuity... A zoom / google meet integration would be grand.  Thanks!

Thank you so much for submitting your Feature Request. A zoom and Google Meet Integration for Virtual Appointments would be an excellent feature given that we are meeting virtually a lot more often than in person nowadays. We also understand your concern when it comes to paying for multiple platforms when you can have it all in one. Square continues to work on improving Square Appointments and your feedback is a big part of this process. 

We appreciate you sharing your business use case, however, at this time, this is a new feature request. This is the time when fellow Seller Community members who would like to see this built out as well can chime in to provide us with their use case so that it  catches our product team's eye. 

We will make sure to update this thread when we have additional information to provide.

I would also love to integrate Zoom with Appointments.  Right now I have to create a meeting in Zoom, copy the meeting code, create an appointment for a customer in Squareup, paste the link into the notes section for them.  Then my calendar appears as if I'm double booked (Zoom and Appointments) which repeatedly upsets me.  The Square Appointment reminders to clients do not include the meeting link, so I still have to email them.  Huge waste of time!!

I am thinking about switching to Acuity.  Paying for Square and still having to manually do so many things is wasting my time and money.
